The Gel-NYC is inspired by archival ASICS models and is part of the Y2K sneaker trend that started in late 2022 and early 2023. On this colorway, the upper has a Cloud open-mesh base contrasted with tonal and cream-colored overlays. ASICS’ signature “tiger” stripes appear in Cloud Grey on the sides. The Asics GEL-CUMULUS 16’s visible Gel cushioning in the midsole provides optimal comfort for all-day wear.
